RECIPE FOR
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. of beef with bone
Salt
8 guajillo peppers
8 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. of whole black pepper
1/2 white onion
1/2 tbsp. of cumin
5 cloves
1/2 cup of white vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
1. SOAK the guajillos in hot water.
2. ADD together the guajillo peppers, white onion, cumin, cloves, garlic cloves, black pepper, bay leaves, salt and white vinegar.
3. BLEND until everything is well mixed.
4. CUT the beef in medium cube pieces and mix with the mixture you just made.
5. PUT ASIDE for two hours.
6. COOK the beef in low heat for 6 hours.
7. SHRED with two forks.
